In this highly desirable area in Hove, the lower ground floor flat possessed ample space that was not being fully optimised. Following a thorough refurbishment of the entire flat and the addition of an extra bedroom, our main focus was on the transformation of the kitchen. As passionate home cooks and parents of young children, our clients’ goal was to create a space that seamlessly balanced sophistication with family-friendliness. The focal point of the kitchen was the spacious new oven, around which we carefully designed the layout of the other units. In order to elevate the ambiance, we integrated new pendant lights that imparted a welcoming yet refined atmosphere to the room. Fresh tiling and flooring were also introduced, resulting in a refreshed and pristine appearance. The selection of white units and light worktops contributed to an airy atmosphere in a basement space with limited natural light.
